Maple Popcorn

  • 2/3 c. unpopped  popcorn
  • 1 1/3 c. maple syrup
  • 1 Tblsp. butter

Mix syrup and butter in pan.   Boil until it reaches 275 degrees.  Meanwhile, pop corn  into large bowl. When syrup is ready, pour over popcorn and stir.  Spread out on tray to prevent sticking together and let dry a few minutes.  Popcorn may seem almost sugary. Enjoy.
