MAPLE OATMEAL BREAD

• 1 pkg. yeast
• 3 c. bread flour
• 1 c. quick oats
• 1/3 c. pure maple syrup
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 Tblsp. cooking oil
• 1 1/4 plus 1 Tblsp. very warm water

This recipe is to be made in a bread maker and all the ingredients are to be at room temperature when put into the bread maker.  As the bread maker begins kneading the dough, a small amount of extra flour may need to be added if dough is sticky
